Applying for Driver's License

You can get your provisional learner's license at age 17 and then get your driver's license at age 18 after completing a driving lesson and road test.
You must have completed and passed the Road Code Test to get your provisional learner's license in order to be able to get your driver's license.
You will need to pay a fee of $2,800 to apply for a driver's license and submit the following documents:
- Properly completed Drivers Licence application form (F7) (telephone number to be affixed).
- Copy of receipt
- Copy of your provisional learner's license
- Passport size photograph (2×2 inches not more than 6 months old).
You will have to go to any Island Traffic Authority (ITA) office to take the Road Code Test to be able to get your provisional learner's license which is also a requirement in applying for a driver's license.
